Directions

1. Wet your toothbrush and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste.
2. Hold at a 45° angle to your gums and gently brush in circular motions.
3. Brush all outer and inner surfaces thoroughly, including chewing areas.
4. Flip the brush to clean behind front teeth with upward/downward strokes.
5. Brush your tongue for a complete fresh mouth feel.
6. Rinse thoroughly to enjoy a confident, pain-free smile.
