At Epicurra, we are committed to delivering premium Mediterranean products to your door quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you will find key details about our shipping process and policies.

📦 General Information

  • No minimum order value
  • No weight or volume restrictions on UK mainland orders
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days
  • No dispatches or deliveries on weekends or public holidays
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped

🕐 Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £70: £9.99 shipping fee
  • Orders £70 and over: Free delivery
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days (via express couriers)

📍 Remote Area Surcharges

Deliveries to non-mainland UK regions may incur additional charges:

  • Some postcodes in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, etc., may require a £10 surcharge per parcel

We will always contact you for confirmation before applying any additional fees.

🕑 Delivery Scheduling

  • You will receive a 1–2 hour delivery window on the scheduled delivery day
  • You may update delivery preferences via the courier system, including:
    • Choosing a new delivery date
    • Leaving your parcel at a nearby collection point

🏢 Click & Collect (Pick-Up)

We offer a convenient Click & Collect service:

  • Pick-up location:Unit 3, Advance House, Central Rd, Harlow CM20 2ST
  • Pick-up hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Please bring your order confirmation email

🌍 Delivery Limitations

  • We currently do not deliver outside the UK
  • Orders made up entirely of fragile products (e.g., glass items, crackers) or large quantities of bottled water may be restricted unless combined with other items
  • We reserve the right to remove unavailable products from your order and adjust the final invoice accordingly

⏳ Delays & Busy Periods

  • During high-volume periods, deliveries may take an extra 1–2 days
  • If delays are expected, we will notify you promptly via email or phone
