1. Twist base of pen to dispense gel onto brush tip.
2. Apply a thin layer of gel to teeth, avoiding gums.
3. Leave on for 10–20 minutes. Do not eat or drink during this time.
4. Rinse mouth with water. Apply 2–3 times daily for best results.

Diamond Series Whitening Strips

1. With dry hands, peel strip from backing liner.
2. Looking in a mirror, apply lower strip to teeth (gel side facing teeth), aligning with gumline.
3. Fold excess behind teeth to secure in place. Repeat for upper strip.
4. After 10–30 minutes, remove and safely discard.
