Marketing Statement: Why this pasta is good and different from others
I wanted to create a gluten-free pasta without losing the pleasure and texture of classic pasta. We select wholegrain rice, yellow corn, and raw white corn, all strictly non-GMO, and combine them with an ancient and natural element: steam. Thanks to our Steam Processing Method, we achieve a soft and balanced dough, which we then shape using bronze dies to create a rough, artisanal texture that perfectly holds sauces. The result is this Rummo gluten-free pasta with an unparalleled texture.
